Delete your account

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately: open Mifasola, then Settings → Security → Delete my account.

You'll be asked to confirm your identity - with your password, or through Google again if that's how you sign in. That's deliberate: until that check succeeds, no data is touched.

If you've uninstalled Mifasola or lost access to your account, write to contact@mifasola.com from the email address linked to the account, giving your username.

We reply within 30 days at most. A request sent from another email address can't be honoured: it would be a way to get someone else's account deleted.

Your profile, your username (which becomes available again), your photo or emoji, your date of birth, your saved list, your notifications and your follow relationships.

All your posts, with the comments and likes they carried, along with the private notes attached to them and the key that encrypted them.

The comments you left under other people's posts.

Your verification request and the supporting documents that came with it.

Your conversations, voice messages included. An exchange belongs to two people: erasing it would also take away what the other person wrote, when they asked for nothing. The thread therefore stays with them, and you appear in it as a deleted user.

The anonymous copies used for the Trending ranking may linger for up to seven days before expiring on their own. They contain only the title and the artist: they don't name you and point to no account.

Deletion from the app is immediate and irreversible: there is no bin, no cooling-off period, and no backup we could restore.

Your private notes in particular are encrypted on your device: even we can't read them, so we can't recover them either.
