Child safety

Mifasola tolerates no form of sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Here is what we prohibit, how to report it, and what we do next.

What we prohibit

Prohibited on Mifasola, without exception or prior warning, is any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a minor. That includes in particular:

  • any sexual depiction of a minor, whether real, drawn or generated by artificial intelligence, and any link or hint on how to obtain one;
  • the sexualisation of minors, including through comments, captions or private messages;
  • sexual approaches towards a minor (grooming) and any attempt to obtain intimate images from them;
  • sextortion: threatening to share intimate images to obtain anything at all;
  • trafficking minors, or connecting them, for sexual purposes.

This applies to posts, comments, messages - text and voice alike - and profiles.

Minimum age

Mifasola is for people aged 16 and over. Your date of birth is asked at sign-up, and an account created by someone younger is deleted as soon as we become aware of it. If you believe someone under 16 is using the app, tell us through any of the channels below.

How to report

From the app: every profile, post and comment has a report button. Reports are seen only by our team, never by the person reported. You can also block an account, which immediately removes its content from your feed and cuts off all interaction.

By email, including without an account or the app: contact@mifasola.com. Give the username concerned and, if possible, a screenshot. Never forward the content itself to us.

To the authorities: if a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe). In France, illegal content can be reported on the PHAROS platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr), and the 119 child helpline is open around the clock. You don't need to go through us for that.

What we do

Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours. When content falls under the above:

  • the content is removed immediately;
  • the account is permanently ejected: sign-in disabled, posts and comments deleted, username never reusable;
  • the material needed for an investigation is preserved and passed to the competent authorities, as the law requires;
  • we cooperate with investigating services that ask us to.

There is no second warning for these acts, and an ejection on these grounds is never lifted.

Legal framework

Mifasola is published in France and complies with French law, in particular the provisions of the Penal Code protecting minors, and with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is reported to the French authorities and, where the situation requires it, to the competent bodies in other countries.

These standards meet Google Play's and Apple's child safety requirements. They complement our terms of use, which apply in full.
